Free Virtual Orthodontic Consultation

Although we always prefer to see you in person, we understand that it might not always be convenient or possible.

Virtual orthodontic consultations can be done online in the comfort of your own home. This first FREE virtual orthodontic consult will allow you to ask questions while gathering relevant information about treatment options and costs. This service allows us to still give you personalised care and attention even if you are unable to be here in our office. ​ Your free virtual consult with be with either of our two principal orthodontists, Dr Hall or Dr Poon.

Please follow the simple steps below and complete the online form. Our team will be in touch to setup an appointment. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need help to properly setup for your free virtual orthodontic consultation!

    Clinic Holiday Hours

    We are currently closed for the holiday period and will be returning on Wednesday the 7th of January.

    If you have an orthodontic emergency, please text our emergency phone line with photos if possible, on 0411 815 917 and one of our lovely staff members will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Emergency phone advice will be available during the week days, but not on public holidays.
