The Department of Health and Human Services, the dental board and The Australian Society of Orthodontists have recently advised that we are only able to provide emergency care. Due to these new guidelines, we have temporarily ceased regular appointments. We are unsure when these restrictions will be lifted as there are continuous updates. We will be contacting our patients which may be affected by these restrictions approximately one week prior to their scheduled times to make alternate arrangements.
We will still be around and will be able to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are in pain, discomfort, or have any retainer issues. We do apologise in advance in case you are not able to get through to us straight away. Our wonderful front desk team may be experiencing more than normal phone calls and emails, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.
