Martin has been very thorough , efficient, professional and we are very happy with Sophie's teeth. I have no reservations recommending MP Orthodontics .I take one star away though because it is very difficult to contact the receptionist. We had to pop in to make an appointment since I was trying for a week to contact reception. Other than this, we are very happy with the service and after care.

Dr Geoff Hall has been treating my 3 teenagers for 10years and he is the most qualified, professional and HONEST orthodontist i have met. His team, Dr Poon, nurses and reception staff are ALL welcoming, warm and friendly from day 1 and continue all through treatment.

My son had his braces done by Martin Poon. He is great with kids. We were really happy with the results when the braces came off. The cost was very reasonable. We shopped around and decided Martin was the one my son felt most comfort with. I would definitely recommend!

Dr Poon has taken fantastic care of my daughter. She has autism so getting braces was a big step for her. My daughter said that Dr Poon was the most gentle dentist that she has been to. I have no problems getting my daughter to her appointments & having braces has been amazingly easy for her.

Highly recommend MP Orthodontics. If you want to get some of the (if not the) best treatment for yourself or your child, have your teeth done here! From the initial consultation to when the braces are removed the staff here are fantastic. Everthing is clearly explained along the way, and the staff are really friendly and super helpful.

Dr Martin has been treating me for a little while now. He’s highly experienced, gentle, patient and always runs on time if not ahead. He is a well known orthodontist, I seem to constantly meet people in my profession who have been treated by him. Although the commute to the practice is 1.5 hours from my work, it’s more than worth it. I was told by other orthodontists I needed surgery prior to seeing Dr Martin but he was able to make a huge difference through extractions with Invisalign. Dr. Martin has now placed lower clear braces on me at my request for a few minor changes that I wanted corrected. I’m quite a perfectionist and he has accommodated in every way. The braces are so comfortable and look like I’m not wearing any braces at all. In addition, the new dental office looks amazing! It is extremely modern and beautifully presented. The team is also very friendly and often call/email back very promptly if I have any queries whatsoever. Could not recommend MP orthodontics highly enough!

This is our 3rd child who is undergoing treatment with MP Orthodontics. All staff are really lovely, warm and knowledgeable. Pleasant environment and my daughter felt far less anxious when treatment commenced. Also very helpful are the payment plan options. I highly recommend MP Orthodontics Melbourne.

MP Orthodontics are definitely 5 stars!! They are very very thorough, great with communication, very reasonably priced (the ortho across the road was $3k more!!!) and not only that....it’s the same practice that I got my braces done when I was young!!! Yep 1975.They are state if the art, brilliant scanning tech and we couldn’t be happier with our sons outcome. Such a visible difference!!! Definitely getting out second son braces now! Invisalign takes a little longer but is so uninvasive.Would recommend MP to everyone !!!

Loved this place so much! Got my braces when I was a young child and everyone who worked there was always so welcoming and lovely to you every visit. Not only that but my teeth came out amazing and I am so grateful for how perfect they look now compared to before! Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontic, these people are the best!

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff were so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Martin was very nice and made clear what was going on with my teeth and what we needed to do. Kerrie was amazing and gave us such a good and realistic review of Invisalign. Very grateful we chose MP Orthodontics and excited to get my teeth straightened. We’ll give a future update!

Martin was really good at explaining to my son what was happening with his teeth and jaw and how it could be fixed. Once Martin was finished explaining the process Kerrie carried on the conversation with my son about colour options and how he would feel throughout the entire process. My son really felt like he was part of an important conversation and I believe it has mitigated any potential anxiety about the process. Amazing service and looking forward to the journey we are about to embark on with MP orthodontics.

I was recommended via our dentist for my daughter to see MP Orthodontics, this place is lovely and clean. This is my first time visiting, but my prior dealings with Deb over the phone was efficient, quick and I was able to get my daughter in before our private health was renewed. I look forward to the ongoing services, due to Deb and the team making us feel comfortable and welcome.

Dr Geoffrey Hall and Robyn were really helpful during my initial visit, they were highly professional and determined to show me which options were suitable for my case. I went with the metal braces and I'm very happy with that decision.My bite has drastically improved over the course of the treatment, it feels a whole lot better now compared to how my bite was before starting. My teeth have never looked so good and straight! My smile is improving with every appointment.The receptionists are always helpful and so kind and that really helps to calm my nerves before every visit :)The orthodontic team and assistants are absolutely the best, they are adepts of their trade and considerate as well, a very nice team!Thanks so much to everyone at MPOrthodontics!

Where to begin…there are a handful of good things to say. I really appreciated the reminders as well as the personal phone call the day before to check if all was ok. Which in my case, I had to reschedule because my son was sick, and they made it very easy to do so. The staff was really friendly. The consultation with Dr Martin was very thorough and he answered all our questions and concerns making the decision much easier. Then we spoke with Kerrie, who went through the cost of each option, and was very good at helping us understand what we can do moving forward. These types of consultations can sometimes be stressful, but we found it friendly, reassuring, and comfortable. Thank you

My husband had a consultation this afternoon with Martin, having gone through adult braces myself I am so taken back by their professionalism. From the clinic itself and and the staff.I couldn't recommend higher. The whole experience today was fantastic, through to the very clear and lengthy consult through to the newest of technology services they provide.The consult didn't feel rushed at all & they really listened to our wanted end result & worries involving them.Kerrie was amazing she made us feel very welcome and really valued, you can tell they genuinely care about their patients & their work. She made sure my husband and I had all our questions answered and made us feel at home.HIGHLY recommended.
